- Manufactured by Takara Shuzo, specially for fruit liquor making (Mostly used for Umeshu, but this is also great for making ALL kinds of fruit liquor, such as Yuzu too!)
- NOTE: This is the exact same thing as the 1.8L version, except in a smaller pack size. May come in either a tetrapack (carton) or pouch. Both are the same in the same volume (900ML).
- No preservatives, coloring or fragrances
