Store Manager's Note: They say don't fix what's not broken, but we like to think of ourselves as explorers -- for food. Instead of a steamboat, we pan-grilled it simply with a pinch of salt to taste the real flavour of the meat. The thinness, and the meat-fat ratio were perfect. It'd be perfect for steamboats, Sukiyaki or even a Gyudon. We highly recommend this!
