Ripe Ume 500G / 完熟梅

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS RIPE UME. Only available for delivery between 25th to 27th June 2026.

These are living, fully ripened fruits. They arrive soft, heavily scented, and ready for immediate processing. Because of their delicate nature and limited seasonal window, this harvest is available for a few days only.

• Produce of Gunma prefecture。
• You can use this to make Umeshu (smoother, and fruitier plum liqueur), Ume Jam/ Puree, or Umeboshi.
• Sold in APPROX. 500G per packet (note: there may be a difference of 40~60G due to moisture loss)
• There may be brown / red blemishes on the plums, these are NOT defects nor bruises, and are completely natural. There are no agricultural chemicals and fertilizers used to grow these plums. Please do not proceed with the purchase if you are not ok with the blemishes.
• NOTE: The Ume will not be despatched chilled because they don't require chilling. We will only provide foam boxes for items that require chilling only upon request.
