Kayanoya Yuzu Dashi Soup Powder [Tokyo Limited Edition]

There’s something really comforting about having a warm bowl of Japanese dashi broth. It’s light, delicate, yet so flavourful~ The kind of broth you can easily finish to the last drop. This Tokyo-exclusive Yuzu Dashi Soup from Kayanoya pairs Japanese dashi with the refreshing fragrance of yuzu for a beautifully clean and uplifting broth.

What makes it extra special? Even the charming packaging is a little tribute to Tokyo, featuring some of the city’s iconic landmarks. We loved it so much, we just had to bring some back to share!

Simply add 1 sachet to 150ml of boiling water and enjoy it with tofu, wakame, mushrooms and spring onions. But our favourite creation is turning it into an AFURI-inspired yuzu ramen!! Add ramen or somen noodles, chashu slices, ajitama (soft-boiled egg) and spring onions, then finish with a little yuzu zest or yuzu kosho for that extra citrusy kick~
