Hinata White Chicken Eggs ひなた たまご
Pickup currently not available
These are not your everyday supermarket eggs. The Hinata White Chicken Eggs are laid by healthy hens raised on a HACCP-certified farm nestled in Kanagawa prefecture, surrounded by the magnificent Tanzawa mountain range and nourished by the clean Sagami river. The hens are fed a specially formulated feed, and the environment they are raised in is carefully maintained, which is what makes these eggs stand out in both quality and taste.
Japanese eggs are widely known for their rich, deeply coloured yolks and clean flavour that is noticeably better than what you would typically find in a supermarket. The Hinata eggs are no exception. The yolk is bright and full-bodied, and the whites are firm and fresh, making them a pleasure to cook with and a joy to eat on their own.
These eggs are safe to eat raw, making them versatile across a wide range of Japanese dishes. They are perfect for Tamago Gohan (raw egg over rice), soft-boiled for a ramen topping, used in Sukiyaki for dipping, or simply fried sunny side up. The quality of the egg shines through regardless of how you prepare it.
Each tray comes with 10 eggs, approved by Singapore's SFA, and delivered with at least 10 days to expiry from the delivery day, so you have plenty of time to enjoy them at their freshest. Keep chilled upon receipt.
