It's seaweed, but make it tempura. We opened a bag thinking we’d just try a few pieces… but that plan didn’t last very long. Each piece of seaweed is coated in a crispy tempura batter that gives you a proper CRUNCH, followed by that savoury, slightly salty nori flavour. It’s light, crispy, umami-packed and honestly so addictive~
