- Convenient Mapo Tofu sauce that contains real minced chicken meat. All you need to do is heat the sauce and add tofu!
- Suggested use from Zairyo: heat oil, fry garlic and spring onions until fragrant, add sauce then add tofu.
- Optional step: flash fry lobster meat or crab meat before frying garlic and spring onions then set aside. Add fried lobster meat and crab meat to the mix after adding the sauce, before adding tofu, drizzle lobster oil before serving.
