Why does my salmon look redder or paler than expected?

This is completely normal. We have checked with the farm directly and they have confirmed that colour variation is natural. All our fish have gone through proper lab tests with proper import documentation from SFA.

Will my piece be fully boneless?

Each piece is processed to be boneless, but we cannot guarantee it is 100% bone-free. Please prepare with care.

Can I eat this as sashimi?
