Why? We are in the midst of synchronizing existing customers' past purchases to the new server, which will be taken into account for the new rewards system. This ensures that your previous spending will still be recognised and reflected once the rewards programme is fully launched.

Please note that you won't be able to view your past purchases right away. Why? We'll need you to create an account before we can peg the past purchases to your new account. This process allows us to securely match your historical data with your newly registered profile.

Please note that you won't be able to view the past orders, but the total amount spent on your past purchases will be ported over to the new website. Should you need to retrieve any old orders, please drop us an email and the team will assist you accordingly.

If you haven't placed an order before, you can create an account with any email and start clocking reward points. All new purchases made will contribute towards your rewards accumulation once the system is in place.

We'll release more details about the rewards program once we launch it officially. Not to worry, all purchases made here before the launch will still be counted for, so you won’t miss out on any benefits.

Creating an account allows you to manage your orders, select delivery time slots, and access order updates. Zairyo operates delivery across Singapore with selectable delivery windows at checkout. Do note that delivery timing is based on routing and cannot be guaranteed to the exact minute.
