Zairyo proudly presents our very own Japanese Garlic Chilli Soy Sauce. It was first concocted for Sashimi to make a delicious Salmon Zuke, but we've also used this as a Gyoza dip and we highly recommend it!

Note: Please do not use any leftover sashimi sauce as a Gyoza dip for safety purposes.

To make a Sashimi Zuke: Dip it or use it as a marinade (we recommend marinating the sashimi slices in this sauce for at least 5 minutes before serving with sushi rice)! Please do not keep the sauce for over 24 hours once it is in contact with the Sashimi for safety purposes. 

To enjoy with Gyoza: Use as is.

  • NOTE: Separation will occur. The garlic, chilli and soy sauce would sink to the bottom of the container.
