Sea Grapes, known as Green Caviar, are a type of seaweed that has little bubbles grown on its stems, much like grapes! They pop on your tongue and release Umami ~ They are great served with some Shoyu or Ponzu. 

  • Approx. 100G per box, weight excludes box.
  • The optimal temperature to keep Umibudo is between 20- 28 Degrees Celcius. Please do not store it in freezer or chiller.
  • Country of Origin: Vietnam.
  • Umibudo is a live seaweed. If it looks limp, soak it in room temperature water for approx. 5~10 minutes and watch it plump up!
  • How to prepare:
  1. Place sea grapes in a bowl. Cover with room temperature water. 
  2. Soak for approximately 2-3 minutes
  3. Drain and serve with Shoyu or Ponzu
