Sea Grapes, known as Green Caviar, are a type of seaweed that has little bubbles grown on its stems, much like grapes! They pop on your tongue and release Umami ~ They are great served with some Shoyu or Ponzu.
- Approx. 100G per box, weight excludes box.
- The optimal temperature to keep Umibudo is between 20- 28 Degrees Celcius. Please do not store it in freezer or chiller.
- Country of Origin: Vietnam.
- Umibudo is a live seaweed. If it looks limp, soak it in room temperature water for approx. 5~10 minutes and watch it plump up!
- How to prepare:
- Place sea grapes in a bowl. Cover with room temperature water.
- Soak for approximately 2-3 minutes
- Drain and serve with Shoyu or Ponzu.
