This Aunty Killer Salmon set is a super value set that features the whole salmon conveniently filleted, skin on, with head (halved) and bones (with remnants of the meat) separately packed. Usual price: $202 (based on market price)

Fresh and never frozen, this Salmon set is processed for slicing the same day of your delivery at 4AM.

Tips from the aunties: Portion them into whatever you like, store them in zip lock bags, and they are good in the freezer for up to 3 months. Freezing these ones are unlike any other frozen ones you can get from the market. Please note not to consume the frozen ones as Sashimi. 

• Whole Set: approx 2KG per Trim C fillets x 2, 1 Salmon Head halved + Bones with meat (head + bones approx. 800G)
• Smaller portion? Get the fresh never frozen Salmon Portion. 
• Deboned but may come with some bones (as it is handpicked by humans, so please exercise caution)
• Product is delivered chilled, not frozen.
• For cooking: portion salmon into your desired sizes then keep them in separate bags in the freezer for fuss-free cooking!
• Norwegian Salmon (NOT trout!), fresh and never frozen. 
• Salmon can be kept in the fridge and be enjoyed as sashimi for the next 2 days after slicing. Keep the rest in the freezer for up to 3 weeks (for cooking only, do not consume as sashimi). 
• IMPORTANT NOTE: As it comes fresh and airflown, the shelf life of it is a max of 2-3 days upon receipt CHILLED.
