Shibanuma Yuzu Katsuo Ponzu Soy Sauce is a well-balanced Japanese ponzu made by Shibanuma, a long-established soy sauce producer from Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.

It combines fragrant yuzu citrus with savoury bonito (katsuo) dashi, creating a ponzu that’s fresh, tangy, and deeply umami without being overpowering. The flavour is clean and rounded, with a good balance of saltiness, mild sweetness, and citrus brightness.

Made using traditional fermentation and slowly aged without heat treatment, the sauce keeps its natural aroma and depth of flavour.
