Among all pasta varieties, Capellini is one of the thinnest pasta, with strands so fine and light that they create a wonderfully delicate texture in every bite. This makes it especially well-suited for lighter preparations, where the pasta itself can truly shine.

Capellini cooks faster than most pastas due to its thinness, so make sure to watch it closely. It can go from perfectly al dente to overcooked in just a few seconds!

How to prepare:
