Itokiri Togarashi is a Japanese Dry Red Chilli Pepper shred that is thin like a thread. It is not crispy, a little chewy, and full of Chilli aroma without excessive heat.
It is gorgeous enough to use as garnish (on soups, salads, Sushi, Ramen, Noodles, Gyozas), and we love using this in place of regular Chilli for Aglio OIio (Zairyo tip!)
