These cooked Boston lobsters are nicely cut into halves for your convenience!

Pre-cooked frozen lobsters get bad rep in the market but if Jamie Oliver would use it, perhaps you could try his method!

This is what we would follow though (if videos aren't your thing). 

• Flash frozen for freshness
• Contains no preservatives, additives or flavourings 
• Sold in 1PC of half lobster, NOTE: each pack will come with a body & claw, claw may be disconnected from the body and it is not a defect. Breakages are inevitable. 
• Approx. weight 200G (150G~250G)

Tip:

1. They are best served in a cooked dish - such as cooked in butter, chawanmushi, pastas, etc. 

2. Lobster shells can be used to make lobster oil.
