Pro-Tip: Add-on To an Existing Zairyo Order

Scheduled a delivery but realised you forgot to include something else?
Fret not, you can add items to your order.

If you already have an existing order and wish to add items, simply follow these steps:

  1. Add the item to your cart.

  2. Log in, then proceed to checkout.

  3. Select “Add To Existing Order”
     (Do not select “Free Delivery” even if it appears. You won’t be charged extra shipping fees.)

  4. Choose the order you’d like to add items to.

  5. Select your preferred payment method and complete the order.

Your add-on order will be automatically combined with your main order and delivered to the same address, date, and time slot.

The add-on will not be delivered separately. No further action is required.

Things to Note

  • Minimum add-on order: $3

  • Place your add-on at least 48 hours before your delivery time slot

  • Air-flown items cannot be added after the original delivery deadline

Delivery & Policy Information

  • Add-on items will follow the same delivery schedule as your original order

  • No additional delivery fee will be charged when selecting “Add To Existing Order”
