• Cleaned and Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) on board.
• Perfect for sushi, sashimi or chirashi.
• 3PC per pack, approx. 280G~300G pack OR get the full box (in Styrofoam box), approx 8 to 12 pieces per box.
• Goes best with Ikura, Uni or topped with Yuzuko (Yuzu shavings)
• The head of the Carabinero can be deep fried, then served lightly salted with some rock salt.
