店長さん's Note: By the same makers of our Natural Dashi Bag, we're proud to bring you this product that was sourced responsibly and produced ethically. With my god-son on the way, I really wanted to bring air-dried scallops that are produced in a clean manner. It had to be from a source I personally know and trust. So we've worked on it by doing away with the additional salt/chemicals that is usually added to keep the dried scallops longer. The colour of our dried scallops are more uneven because of that, and that's how we know they are as pure as can be. We hope our customers can enjoy them in good health.
