[IN SEASON] Ready-to-Eat Female Zuwai Kani Snow Crab Seikogani - CHILLED

Enjoy a WHOLE CRAB - - the fresh roe, kani miso, eggs AND sweet snow crab meat (including legs!) prepared and served in its shell -- prepared and imported directly off Toyosu Market! Only available this season. 

These female Zuwai Kani, also known as Seikogani, are pregnant so they carry both the 'Sotoko' (fertilized eggs), which are crunchy like Ebiko, and 'Uchiko' (the ovary) which is commonly known as crab roe. 

Every crab is steamed, hand-picked, then packed within its own shell. No edible part of the crab is wasted. Serve and eat chilled with soy sauce or ponzu. (We ate it on its own and it was equally great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

• Processed and imported from Toyosu Market, flown in upon order only. 
• Approx 55G~75G per crab
• Please keep chilled. DO NOT FREEZE. Consume within 2-3 days upon receipt.
