Buta Stamina Don (Pork Bowl)
We may be too used to year-long Summers in Singapore, but in Japan, when it gets too hot and humid in the Summer, they have easy-to-eat and prep food that's good for restoring energy. And one such dish is the "stamina butadon", or stamina pork bowl.
It's a satisfying all-in-one bowl that's quick and easy to prepare! We hope you'll gain strength from this dish~

Ingredients, for 2 pax
1 x Kurobuta Pork Belly Slices, thawed
0.5 White Onion
80ML Ebara Butadon Sauce
80ML Water
Cooked Rice for 2 pax
Steps:
1. Slice Onion, or dice it. Whichever you prefer.
2. Add Butadon Sauce, Water and Onions to pan and heat on medium. Once onion is soft, add Pork Belly Slices and simmer until cooked.
3. Serve rice in bowl. Then move cooked pork belly slices and sauce on top of rice.
4. Serve! Enjoy with pickles or top it with eggs.
