How to use:
As Tempura Sauce: As it is.
As Tendon (Tempura Don) Sauce: Mix 200ML sauce with 2~4 teaspoons of sugar, boil and reduce. This is good for 2 x Tendons!
As Oyakodon, recipe for 2 pax: Ingredients: Chicken 100G, Onion 100G, 2~4 teaspoon sugar, 2 eggs, 200ML of this sauce and cooked rice. Steps: 1. Cut chicken into bite sizes and slice onions. 2. In a pan, heat sugar and sauce then add chicken and onion. Once cooked, you can add eggs to it or cook the eggs in a separate pan. 3. Transfer contents from pan to bowl of rice. Serve!
