Hinode Premium Hon Mirin / 本みりん
We've got plenty of requests from the (serious) foodies for this Mirin.
Most Mirin you buy in grocery stores is cheaply made and is mostly just Sake-flavored high-fructose corn syrup. Give your Japanese cooking an authentic flavour boost with this bottle of pure, traditional Mirin rice wine.
This Hinode Premium Hon Mirin is made with premium rice and has a 14% ABV. If you've been cooking with supermarket Mirin, give this a try – you may never go back to the cheap stuff again!
