Ochazuke Nori Mix / お茶漬けのりミクス

Ochazuke is to Japanese what Congee/Fried rice is to the Chinese - comforting, fuss-free, simple and mindless. 

All you need for a quick bowl of Ochazuke is add 1 pack of Ochazuke mix on top of rice and simply add boiling water.

• Ingredients: Salt, sugar, Matcha, Kombu powder, arare, nori, amino
• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat & sunlight.

How to serve: Add 1 Ochazuke mix to ~100G of rice, then add ~150ml boiling water.
