Mizkan Kuro Su (Black Vinegar) - Make from Pure Brown Rice Vinegar & 100% Domestic Rice
Junmai vinegar is brewed using only brown rice, water, yeast and Koji, unlike non-pure rice vinegars that contain other additives, such as sugar or alcohol. This makes it less acidic and less sweet compared to other vinegars -- bigger on flavour, lesser on fat.
The Mizkan Junmai Kuro Su is made from 100% domestic Japan-grown Genmai (Brown Rice) rice.
