• Ingredients: Dried pufferfish, sugar, salt, mirin
• Keep frozen
• How to eat: Grill it either over fire, in a pan or in the toaster until edges are a little burnt. Use a pair of clean scissors and snip them into strips. Serve with Japanese mayo and shinchimi.
