OMG THIS IS FINALLY BACK!!!!!!!!!!! This was out of Singapore for 2 years and it is finally back. 

This Shogayaki sauce is used to make Stamina Don, and mostly paired with thin slices of Pork Belly on rice. It's one of our favourite breakfast Dons every time we're in Japan and we're thrilled that we can make it ourselves here! 

This sauce is made using savory grated ginger produced in Kochi Prefecture, its sweetness and ginger flavor go well with rice.

It is also the number 1 selling sauce in Japan under the Shogayaki category!

Quick recipe: 

1 x Pork Belly Slices 

75G of Shogayaki Sauce 

1. Add 2 tsp oil to pan, once heated, add pork belly slices

2. Add sauce and let it cook the pork belly

3. Serve on rice, with an onsen egg and some greens of your choice!
