Note from 店長さん：We always find ourselves turning to the usual suspects for Tonkatsu sauces, but we're always longing for the old school Tonkatsu sauce that we've tasted in one of the old, dingy little Tonkatsu place in Tokyo and this reminded us of it. It is a big move for us to replace the usual brand with this seemingly new brand - but we knew we had to have it once we tried it. It is SUPER tasty. The brand is also far from 'new', it has been serving premium Tonkatsu spots all over Japan for many decades!
